First of all, in the name of Human Resources University, I have the great honor to inform you that Human Resources University is one of the long-established private higher education establishments in the Kingdom of Cambodia, whose name was changed from the Institute of Human Resources Development, a non-governmental organization performing nonprofit training activities.

Human Resources University is a famous university located in the center of Phnom Penh, in the Kingdom of Cambodia, that is supported by public and private institutions of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Human Resources University has classrooms, study materials, library and curriculums that comply with [both] national and international standards, also has national and international high-level-diploma and professional lecturers as teachers and researchers.
