Human Resources University

Human Resources University is a well-known and long-established higher education establishment among private higher education establishments and was first founded using the Institute of Human Resources Development as its foundation.

The Institute of Human Resources Development is a local non-governmental organization [which was] established by three founders, namely: Mr. SENG Phally, Mr. EK Monosen and Mr. OK Sophea, with a capital loan of 1,900 US dollars and by renting a small apartment as a workplace to operate its educational training of short-term courses for poor people and students based on a non-profit principle.

A new 9 - starey building 106 Comfortable Classroom, 60m away from building A equipped with modern facilities and lift, will be established in December 2011.
